This is a story in memory of a God fearing woman,who has planted a little seed inside of me idea that today will help to change
the world. This idea is what ultimately
starts Just-Suppose World Foundation, a vision of a world where every child has a meal at least once per day; and also, a decent place to lay their heads. This little story began in Jamaica over 40 years ago, and came to fruition in
Stratford
Connecticut in the spring of 2017. Mutti Lewis went to clear his head one old and chilly Spring morning after been up all night writing. As he takes his long peaceful walk through the park, not far from his home (located on the Long Island Sound) something pops in his head, after seeing the handy work
of God all around him.
This is the place where he drew his inspiration from spending many years writing, some of his most inspiring books and songs of inspiration. This vision is the story about a boy who believed he could change the world just because his mother told him that one day, he would do great things if he helps others
along the way and allowed The Lord God to guide him.
This story and vision of a better world; started in Jamaica over 40 years ago
as a kid, long before Mutti came to
America. One that he would never allow to die or erase from the attic of his mind. The reason is, it meant everything to him and for this reason made a
sacred vowed to The Lord God of The Most High to bring this dream to fruition someday.
How could I forget the day mother and I fasted and pray together for a miracle when she could not afford to send me back to the school of my dream Harrison Memorial High (A Christian high school that has become my college and university in one) located on the little island of Jamaica in the city of Montego Bay. It was here I witness the All-mighty hand of God The Highest, did something that only patriarchs and prophets of old have experienced firsthand. The Lord God came through in the most supernatural way that no man on earth could have prepared me for or told me was possible in these times. It was the day that changes my life forever. He (who created the universe) did something that is unheard of in these modern times as He would have done to someone highly favored, in the days of old though I was a poor boy.
Over the year Mutti looked at the trees r in the springtime to regain their beauty after a harsh New England winter. In his heart, he believes that he could do the same for many of the downtrodden children across the world that is looking for a ray of hope. Because he knows firsthand what it feels like to be a prisoner of hope. He himself once lived in a state of hopelessness, understanding that the poor will always be among us – as he himself was one of them and today is doing everything to make a difference. He understands that today is a gift and it’s what we do with this moment in time that will matter in the end. Not tomorrow that is promised to no man but NOW!
He knows firsthand that nothing would be possible in his life if Jesus Christ was not his Dearest friend. For many who never met Him, he wants to get the privilege of introducing his dearest friend to those who have never met The Lord God of The Highest. He believes that once you meet Him your life will never be the same.
As he looked at the daffodils growing wild along the edge of the pond( that is attached to the Long Island Sound, and is a natural habitat for many endangered species) he knows that all of this is possible once they chose to believe. Just like he gets the chance and privileged to live in the greatest country on earth the United States of America that many only dreams of (the land of plenty and the greatest opportunity known to man) he never forgets where he is coming from, knowing that the sun did not always shine for him and his 7 brothers and sisters when he was a kid growing up on his little island even though it shines brightly on their mountain top. It was here he said to himself “just suppose I could help one hopeless kid today” he thought to himself “just suppose I could bring a little sunshine to a hopeless child today” never forgetting how someone did the same for him. He knows that many kids living in some poor country in some faraway land would be happy to know that someone was thinking about them. He knows that firsthand that some poor child is dreaming of a better tomorrow where hunger is not the foremost thing on their minds. It is here he often thinks aloud “Just suppose I could help them to smile again how great it would be” he often said to himself…….. It was this very question that created just suppose world…… just like his mother dream of making a difference.
Coming from humble beginnings in Montego Bay Jamaica, Mutti Lewis will never forget the incident that happened to him as a child when a couple from Boston Massachusetts –The Blackburne came to his little island on vacation when he was about ten years old and saw him collecting money for his church on the street of Montego Bay in the early 1970s to help and aid kids in poorer countries like Africa, South America and the islands of the West Indies where families struggle the most around the world. They were very impressed to see him and hear his story of how Jesus leave His 99 sheep and went looking for the one that was lost. He knows that story very well even as a boy and decided to follow in the footstep of Jesus Christ as young as he was. The Blackburn’s looks at him and said “But you yourself are poor” and with a big smile said, “Yes but my Dear Mom tells me to live like Christ I must find ways and means to help people that are less fortunate than myself”.
to those that are less fortunate than him. Poverty has become his badge of honor and believes that his poverty was no coincidence but was ordained by The Lord God Himself fulfill this purpose. He realized that it was just by helping others planting seeds when he himself was in need that has given birth to Just-Suppose World Foundation. He believes that if you learn the art of life which is giving or lending a helping hand you will never regret it.
It’s all about “take one…leave one and help to pass the love along” if you try it – you yourself will never be the same- this feeling will change your life forever.
He knows that it was not him who made it all happened but knows that just as how The Lord has spoken to him at the age of 17 years old in the most supernatural way from heaven, it was God’s favors that were upon his life despite his many mistakes. The many different ventures that he had put his hand to were only to prepare him for now. This passion would take him to the place of purpose where he took the leap of faith selling his restaurant and Laundromat business to aid his purpose in building Gravity Bridge Recording studio and Just Suppose World Foundation. In one of the many visions that he is often permitted to see little glimpses of the future; Mutti has seen many things over the years he has many strange encounters and at the tender age of 17 years old had the greatest supernatural encounter when The Lord God called him by his name from heaven and laid something at his feet in real-time just like in the days of old. This baffles him for years that The Lord God would still speak to modern man.
It was here he witness one of the great secrets of God. He saw something in heaven that only a few of His prophets He has ever shown. Mutti saw The New Jerusalem in its adorning beauty. And it was the glory that shines from The Most High that was its LIGHT. Only two other prophets has seen The New Jerusalem –though many has been taken to heaven very in dreams and visions where He was taken was one of the most exclusive parts of heaven. It is here He knows for sure that The Lord God only reveals His secrets to those He loves.
Our concerts series across the globe /world is the epic vision of our journey wherever we are needed to make a difference. The awareness of poverty and homelessness is un-bias and has affected every race color and creed.
